If you are using an EDI Managed Service Provider (maps + VAN), share these EDI specifications with your provider. If you are mapping the EDI documents in-house, share the specifications with your mapping team. Click on each document name to view and download the PDF document.

1. The Name of your EDI Service Provider (and/or VAN)
2. Testing Readiness (select one)
   • Ready to test immediately – within 2 weeks
   • Ready to test in 2-4 weeks
   • Ready to test in 4-8 weeks
   • Unsure – will be in touch with testing timeline
3. Production Readiness
   • Once your mapping team or EDI provider confirms that you are ready to exchange documents, send an email to Loren Data with the subject line: “Ready To Start” and include your EDI Qualifier and ID.
