Portfolio

One platform.
Three lines of business.
Built on ECGrid.

Loren Data operates a single, layered B2B infrastructure platform. On top of that platform, we run three distinct commercial lines of business, each with its own customer profile, pricing, and operational discipline. What holds them together is the network underneath.

Line 01 · Network

ECGrid

The programmable B2B infrastructure layer. Built for the builders.

  • 400K+ Active trading relationships
  • 300+ Network interconnects
  • 99.996% Network uptime (2025)
  • 1999 Year of first production

ECGrid is the flagship network and the oldest continuously operated asset in the portfolio. It is the connectivity, transformation, and content delivery backbone that ISVs, integrators, platforms, and enterprises rely on to connect, transact, and scale without operating the network layer themselves.

Most of what is sold in the industry today as "a VAN" is a distribution or resale layer running on infrastructure someone else actually operates. ECGrid is where a meaningful portion of that actually-operating is done. The customer is often an ISV or an iPaaS vendor who has made a deliberate, long-term decision to buy the network rather than build it, and who then sells their differentiated product on top, under their own brand, with full commercial independence from us.

That buy-rather-than-build decision compounds in our favor. Once a platform has embedded ECGrid as its network layer, the switching cost is measured in years of re-engineering. We design for that reality. Long service contracts, long customer tenures, and a product roadmap calibrated for customers with ten-year horizons.

What ECGrid does
  • Messaging across every major B2B protocol
  • Direct interconnect to 300+ public and private B2B networks
  • API-first provisioning and governance
  • White-labeled customer onboarding
  • Real-time routing and delivery telemetry
  • Multi-tenant mailbox and archive
  • Regulatory-grade audit and retention
  • Operational SLAs for production-scale customers
Line 02 · Transformation

ECGrid Simplify

Transformation-as-a-Service. The hardest part of integration, done for you.

  • 2024 Year of launch
  • 24hr Typical provisioning window
  • Any Trading partner format
  • Managed Operating model

Mapping and translation is the unglamorous center of B2B integration. It is also the part that fails the most, costs the most engineer-hours, and is the least well-served by traditional tooling. ECGrid Simplify is our answer to that problem: a fully managed Transformation-as-a-Service offering that moves the work off the customer's engineering team and onto ours.

Unlike a conventional mapping tool, Simplify is not a product the customer learns to operate. It is a managed service. We build the maps, we maintain them, we test them against trading partner changes, and we keep them running as the partner ecosystem moves underneath. The customer gets outcomes. We keep the complexity.

Operationally, Simplify is layered directly on top of ECGrid. It inherits the same uptime profile, the same governance, the same audit posture. Commercially, it is a higher-margin, recurring managed-service line, which has made it one of the fastest-growing revenue categories in the portfolio since its 2024 launch.

What Simplify covers
  • Map design, build, and deployment
  • Ongoing map maintenance across partner drift
  • Any-to-any format translation
  • Pre-production partner certification
  • Continuous regression against partner edge cases
  • Direct escalation to the Loren Data support team
  • Dedicated integration specialists
  • Predictable, outcome-based pricing
Line 03 · Product Content Delivery Network

Global Product Access

Product content, catalog, and master data, moved at network scale.

  • 2025 Year of launch
  • PCDN Product Content Delivery Network
  • Any Catalog and content format
  • Managed Operating model

Global Product Access is the newest line of business in the portfolio. Where ECGrid carries transactional documents between trading partners, GPA carries product content: catalog data, rich media, digital assets, and master product information between brands, retailers, and marketplaces. The two networks share the same operating team, the same governance posture, and the same commitment to long-term customer tenure.

Product content has become a category of its own. Consumers expect a product to appear consistently everywhere it is sold, and that consistency is an infrastructure problem, not a SaaS feature. Content has to move reliably, at scale, across partner boundaries, under governance both sides trust. That is the work the network was built for.

Commercially, GPA extends the portfolio to a new buyer inside existing customers, the product, merchandising, and content teams, and opens Loren Data to retailers and brand owners that were not previously ECGrid customers. The launch year is 2025. The underlying network is the one we have been operating since 1999.

What GPA covers
  • Catalog and master product data distribution
  • Rich media and digital asset delivery
  • Any-to-any content format translation
  • Partner-specific feed generation
  • Governance and versioning across channels
  • Compliance with retailer content requirements
  • Integration with PIM and DAM systems
  • Same uptime and support posture as ECGrid
§ What holds the portfolio together

Three lines of business, operated as one. Different customers, different motions. One network, one team, one set of operational standards running underneath all of it. That is the structural advantage, and it is not easy to build.
