In addition to your general company information, you will need the
following to register for World-Wide EDI:

DUNS Number

For identification purposes, you will also have to have a DUNS number.
If you do not have a DUNS number, you can obtain one from Dun & Bradstreet
at http://www.dnb.com/aboutdb/dunsno.htm

Central Contractor Registration (CCR)
-
Being registered with CCR is a requirement to be awarded any government order or contract as of June 1, 1998.
If you are not registered with CCR you must do so.
Before you register with CCR, you must obtain a DUNS number as outlined above.
If you do not have a CAGE code, one will be assigned during the registration process.
Once you set up a World-Wide EDI account, you will have access to a page with all the links and information you need to sign up.

Payment

A valid Credit Card, (AMEX, VISA or MasterCard) is required for month to
month billing. Annual payments may be made by check or credit card and
must be received prior to the conclusion of your 30 day free trial to ensure
uninterrupted service.

Start Guide for those of us who never read manuals.
NOTE: World-Wide EDI utlizes pop-ups, so make sure you turn them on for the LD.COM domain.
