Common Problems

Cannot Log into World-Wide EDI:

a) You are not using Netscape Navigator ver. 3.01 or higher

b) You are behind an improperly configured firewall that is not allowing you to establish a secure connection with our server. Inform you network administrator that port 443 on your firewall needs to be configured to allow TCP IP packets to pass.

c) You have disabled your JavaScript or cookies on your web browser, javascript and cookies must be enabled to use World-Wide EDI.
